Basic Policy

NURA Beauty Bar is an "Appointment Only" business. You must have a credit card to reserve your appointment.  After booking your appointment, you will receive both a text and an email with a link to a consent form (Unless you are booking Intimate Brightening services, which you fill out in person). You must fill out the form and submit it before you can attend your appointment. We retain the right to deny any appointment made by a person who we feel does not fit the criteria of receiving said service. If we deny your appointment, your money will be refunded.  We will attempt to email or text reminders of your appointment time based on the contact information provided.  It is ultimately on you to remember your appointments.

Late/No Show Policy

All appointments will have 10 minute grace period. If it exceeds, you will have to reschedule and you'll be charged 50% of your service(s). If you do not show up at all, your credit card on file will be charged 100% of your service(s). (Unless you made contact by text or email stating you will not make it to your appointment, then you will only be charged 50%).

Cancellation/Rescheduling/Deleting Services Policy

All appointments need to be canceled within 24 hours. If you do not cancel within this time frame, you will be charged 50% of your service amount. If you want to reschedule your appointment, please do so within 24 hours or else you will also be charged 50% of your original service amount. If you want to delete a service, you must also do this 24 hours in advance and make sure that you email nuraservicesinc@gmail.com or text 813-495-6555 with your full name, date of service, and which service you would like to remove. If you come to your appointment and then say you would want that specific service to be removed, you will be charged 50% of the original price of that service.

Extra Guest Policy

We don't allow extra guests in my workplace, unless you have purchased the Double Vaginal Steaming Session. This is also applies to children.
